SEASONAL RATES Effective Dec 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010
• Daily-$55 (include electricity)
• Weekly- $250 (include electricity)
• Monthly-$610
SUMMER RATES
• Daily-$55 (includes electricity)
• Weekly-$212 (include electricity)
• Monthly-$500
ANNUAL RATES
• $500 Monthly (Plan requires the first and last month’s rent paid in advance.)

NEW FREQUENT ORANGE GROVER DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Orange Grove will offer discounts to RV’ers who have stayed with Orange Grove in the past. The program offers 3 different categories. Each category will have a minimum number of months to qualify and a % discount off the normal RV seasonal rate. The months counted will be from January 2004 forward to the current month. (Note: Discount is in addition to other discounts and does not apply to annual rates.)

PREPAID RENT PLANS
• Prepay 3 months and save 5% off the rental rate.
• Prepay 4 months and save 7% off the rental rate.
• Prepay 6 months and save 10% off the rental rate. (In addition, the 6 month plan receives a 50% discount off either the Improved or Premium Site charges)

IMPROVED & PREMIUM RV SITES
• $20 for Improved RV Sites
• $40 for Premium RV Sites
Improved Sites - Site has gravel parking area for an RV and one other vehicle and a hard service patio. Improved Sites are: 10, 11, 22, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77 and 78.
Premium RV Sites - Site has gravel parking area for an RV and two other vehicles, a hard service patio area and is greater than 65 feet in depth.
Premium RV Sites are: 58A, 56B and 56A.

STORAGE RATES
Storage of additional cars, trucks, trailers and boats will be charged the following:
• During Season - $2.50 per foot.
• Off Season - $2.00 per foot.

DEPOSIT POLICY

• We require a $100 deposit to hold a particular site.
• We require 1/2 of a month's rent to reserve one of our seasonal rental units
• A deposit will only be returned if we receive a notice of cancellation at 60 days prior to your planned stay with us. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Exceptions to this policy will be at management's sole discretion.
